His reasoning? Fundamentals are finally outpacing prices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Institutional accumulation is still climbing. ETF inflows remain steady. Stablecoin supply \u2014 a key liquidity indicator \u2014 just hit a 10-month high.
